It has been over 20 years since we last purchased a property and the process has changed a lot since then. You were incredibly responsive and available at all times and even on the weekend to answer any of our questions, emails, and help clarify digital documents. We sometimes wondered if you ever slept. You went above and beyond to secure our home and even negotiated with the builder to apply further incentives and discounts we would not have received otherwise. It surprised us that the first photos and video of our property being built came from you and not the builder. You even attended the walk through with the us, which the builder explained was not the norm but allowed it anyways. You really supported us from start to finish and we are grateful for that. We had dealt with other Real Estate Agents in the past but none of them seemed involved or made us feel like we were a priority. Working with you made the process easier especially when bombarded by the many forms, emails, and deadlines that were presented by the builder, the lender, and the escrow company. That was a stressful period for us as we both work nights, which made it even more difficult to find the time and focus to deal with the process.
