I'm Amy T Le, a residential Realtor and Broker licensed in California since 2004 with Tax Smart Realty and a Managing Broker in Washington with Engel & Völkers.

Before helping families buy and sell homes, I served as a Captain with the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office. Law enforcement taught me to lead with integrity, tell people the truth, and stay calm and firm at the negotiating table. Today, my job is still to serve and protect, and now that means protecting your money, your timeline, and your best interests.

My background in mortgages at Bank of America and in personal income tax means I can help you understand more than the house. I can walk you through your financing options, closing costs, and the tax considerations that come with buying, selling, or investing.

I bought my first home at 23 and have loved real estate ever since. I'm proud to help:
